Nissan Murano or Quest Radiator Coolant Filler Neck Pipe

Installation Instructions:

Important Note: Before beginning the installation process, make sure that the replacement part matches the one being replaced in terms of make, model, and specifications.

Tools Needed:

• Clean cloth
• Drain pan
• Pliers
• Screwdriver
• Hose clamp
• New hose (if necessary)

Time Needed: 30-45 minutes

Steps:

1. Locate the old radiator coolant filler neck pipe on the vehicle.
2. Remove any hoses connected to the old filler neck pipe and clamp them securely with pliers to prevent any coolant leakage.
3. Use a screwdriver or pliers to remove any screws or bolts that secure the old filler neck pipe to the radiator.
4. Gently pull the old filler neck pipe away from the radiator and set it aside.
5. Clean the mounting location on the radiator with a clean cloth.
6. Take the new radiator coolant filler neck pipe and carefully align it with the mounting location on the radiator.
7. Insert the mounting bolts or screws through the holes in the new filler neck pipe and tighten them securely with a screwdriver or pliers.
8. Reconnect any hoses that were removed earlier and secure them with hose clamps.
9. If necessary, replace any old hoses with new ones that fit the new filler neck pipe.
10. Fill the radiator with coolant and check for any leaks.
11. Turn on the engine and check the coolant level again.
12. Check for proper function of the cooling system and make any adjustments if necessary.
