Installation Instructions:
Replacing the 2016-2020 Kia Sorento Passenger Side Back Door Exterior Door Handle - For Non Smart Key Only requires the following tools:
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
Skill Level: Intermediate
Step 1: Remove the old exterior door handle Open the back door of your Kia Sorento and locate the old exterior door handle. Remove the two screws located on the inside of the door using a Phillips head screwdriver.
Step 2: Disconnect the old exterior door handle Using a flathead screwdriver, gently pry the old exterior door handle away from the door frame. Be careful not to damage the surrounding area or the door frame.
Step 3: Install the new exterior door handle Align the new exterior door handle with the location where the old handle was located on the door frame. Secure the handle in place using the two screws that were removed in Step 1.
Step 4: Test the new exterior door handle Test the new exterior door handle to make sure it is securely in place and that it is functioning properly.
