The 2008-2010 Ford E-350 Van with 6.0 Diesel EGR Cooler Kit is a vital component in maintaining the performance and efficiency of your diesel engine. Installation Instructions:
- Turn off the engine and disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the engine cover and the air intake system.
- Drain the coolant from the radiator and engine block.
- Disconnect the EGR valve from the EGR cooler.
- Disconnect the coolant lines from the EGR cooler.
- Remove the mounting bolts and the EGR cooler from the engine.
- Install the new EGR cooler onto the engine and tighten the mounting bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Reconnect the coolant lines to the EGR cooler.
- Reconnect the EGR valve to the EGR cooler.
- Refill the engine with new coolant.
- Reinstall the air intake system and engine cover.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable.
This installation should take approximately 2-3 hours and requires a moderate level of mechanical skill.

- Torque wrench
- Drain pan
- Coolant funnel
- Safety glasses
