Shipping Policy

All items ship by the carrier of your choice, and the speed selected at checkout. 

Depending on your location Ground shipping starts at $8.97 and can vary due to travel distance and package weight. 

In stock items ship the out the same day of ordered by noon, and generally deliver to most of the USA within 5 business days unless faster shipping is chosen at checkout. 

Special order items will be delivered within 5 business days of us receiving your order from the manufacturer. 

Once an order is placed shipping address cannot be changed while in transit. 

Faster shipping is available for many items, and can be purchased as an upgrade at checkout. 

We use USPS and UPS as our delivery partners. 

Package Theft Policy

We work hard to get your package to you on time and damage free. 

However there are porch pirates in many neighborhoods ready to take what does not belong to them. 

Our Polices on porch and mail theft. 

We do not replace or refund any package  that has been marked as delivered by the carrier, which then goes missing.

We take great pride in our fast shipping and quality damage free packaging. We will provide you with 100% coverage due to loss or damage during shipping and transit up until the package has been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. 

Once the package has been marked as delivered, this means your package was safely delivered to the area (Porch, Mailbox, Etc..) of your home or business.

If the the package has been delivered, and then goes missing, this will be something that you can contact your local police and homeowners/ renters insurance to seek reimbursement. 

If the package was damaged in transit, let us know, we can help you file a damage claim.
